Are your people on your side?

No one said it is easy and most organisations probably do not get it right. Striving for success at it has cost several millions of dollars and organisations continue to 'invest' heavily.

Would you think, I was talking about how you manage your own staff to deliver your key outcomes? Managing people effectively continue to elude the best of organisations at times and most all time. What is the secret for success?

This is the holy grail of HR and Talent Management. However, I am of the opinion that it is far simpler and easier than the gurus have made it out to be. I am going to write a series of short articles explaining how I think one can make it work.

These are are not solutions for all situations, effective people management is primarily based on context, but review these articles for the main principles.
